These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Recruit4Cash, including our website, affiliate dashboard, tracking links, creatives, reports, referral tools, payment features, and related services. By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting an affiliate application, using a tracking link, or participating in the Recruit4Cash affiliate program, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or participate in the program. Recruit4Cash may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or affiliate platform after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

1. Adult Industry Notice and Age Requirement

Recruit4Cash operates in the adult entertainment and webcam affiliate marketing industry. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the website, apply as an affiliate, access affiliate tools, or promote any offer through Recruit4Cash.

You are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, platform policies, advertising rules, age restrictions, content rules, and payment requirements that apply to you, your traffic sources, and your promotional activity. You may not use Recruit4Cash where doing so is prohibited by law.

2. Affiliate Applications and Account Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Recruit4Cash may approve, deny, suspend, limit, or terminate any account at our discretion, including for incomplete information, suspicious activity, low-quality traffic, fraud concerns, compliance concerns, or violation of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate and current information, including your name, email address, website or traffic details, payment information, tax documentation when required, and any other information needed to operate the program. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

We may require email verification before an account can move forward. Unverified accounts may be removed or rejected if verification is not completed within the period shown on the website or in our emails.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify Recruit4Cash promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not sell, transfer, share, or assign your account without written permission from Recruit4Cash.

4. Affiliate Links, Tracking, and Reporting

Recruit4Cash may provide affiliate links, referral links, banner codes, tracking pixels, postback URLs, creatives, and reporting tools. You must use tracking links and creative code correctly. Recruit4Cash is not responsible for lost commissions, missing clicks, missing impressions, tracking interruptions, browser restrictions, blocked cookies, incorrect link placement, malformed links, third-party outages, or traffic that cannot be attributed.

Reports in the dashboard are provided for operational use and may be adjusted for invalid traffic, duplicate activity, chargebacks, refunds, fraud, partner corrections, reconciliation delays, or reporting errors. Postback data and dashboard data may not always match third-party systems in real time.

Recruit4Cash may audit, adjust, reverse, or withhold amounts connected to invalid, fraudulent, duplicate, incentivized, automated, misleading, or non-compliant activity.

5. Promotional Rules

You agree to promote Recruit4Cash and related offers in a lawful, truthful, and professional manner. You may not:

• Use spam, unsolicited email, unsolicited messaging, or unlawful automated outreach.
• Use misleading claims, fake earnings claims, fake testimonials, or false urgency.
• Imply that earnings are guaranteed.
• Use malware, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, hidden iframes, unauthorized redirects, click fraud, bot traffic, fake signups, or automated traffic.
• Bid on protected trademarks, domains, or brand terms unless we give written permission.
• Promote through illegal content, non-consensual content, underage content, hate content, violence, or other prohibited material.
• Misrepresent Recruit4Cash, our partners, our offers, or your relationship with us.
• Use creatives in a way that violates platform rules or applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for your websites, ads, emails, social posts, landing pages, traffic sources, disclosures, privacy notices, and compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules.

6. Email, Messaging, and Advertising Compliance

If you promote by email, SMS, push notification, direct message, or similar channels, you must comply with all applicable laws, including consent, opt-out, sender identification, and recordkeeping requirements. You may not send any message that falsely appears to come from Recruit4Cash unless we have specifically authorized it in writing.

7. Creatives and Intellectual Property

Recruit4Cash may provide banners, links, copy, logos, screenshots, code snippets, tracking tools, and other materials for approved affiliate use. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use those materials only to promote approved offers through Recruit4Cash.

You may not alter brand assets in a misleading way, remove required tracking parameters, claim ownership of our materials, or use our name or marks after your account is suspended or terminated.

8. Referrals and Sub-Affiliates

Recruit4Cash may offer referral or sub-affiliate opportunities. Referral credit depends on proper tracking, account approval, qualifying activity, and compliance with these Terms. Recruit4Cash may deny, reverse, or adjust referral credit for self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent referrals, non-compliant traffic, or accounts that do not qualify.

9. Payments, Minimum Payouts, and Tax Information

Payments are subject to approval, minimum payout thresholds, payment method availability, valid payment details, required tax documentation, fraud review, partner reconciliation, and compliance checks. Recruit4Cash may delay, adjust, withhold, or deny payment where activity is invalid, suspicious, non-compliant, refunded, charged back, or not received from a partner or advertiser.

You are responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, payment account accuracy, bank fees, currency conversion fees, and payment processor requirements connected to your earnings. We may require tax forms or identity/payment verification before releasing payment.

No earnings are guaranteed. Past performance, examples, screenshots, calculators, or estimates are for illustration only and do not promise future results.

10. Fraud, Invalid Activity, and Account Termination

Recruit4Cash may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account and may withhold or reverse earnings if we believe the account or traffic involves fraud, invalid activity, prohibited methods, false information, legal risk, chargeback risk, brand risk, or violation of these Terms.

Examples of invalid activity include fake signups, bot traffic, proxy abuse, duplicate accounts, forced registrations, incentivized signups not approved by us, unauthorized use of another person's information, or any action intended to manipulate tracking or reporting.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website and affiliate tools may link to third-party websites, payment processors, analytics providers, email providers, advertisers, offer owners, or other services. Recruit4Cash does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, performance, availability, or decisions.

12. Availability and Changes

Recruit4Cash may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the website, affiliate platform, offers, payout terms, tracking systems, creatives, reports, or program rules at any time. We are not liable for downtime, maintenance, data delays, lost traffic, or interruptions.

13. Disclaimers

The website, affiliate platform, reports, creatives, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recruit4Cash disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recruit4Cash will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including lost traffic, lost revenue, lost data, lost commissions, business interruption, or reputational harm. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or affiliate program will not exceed the unpaid, valid, and non-disputed commissions owed to you for the thirty days before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Recruit4Cash, its owners, operators, partners, service providers, and representatives from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your websites, traffic, promotional activity, account use, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to Recruit4Cash's business operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must first be raised with Recruit4Cash support so the parties can attempt to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled in a court or forum with proper jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement requires another process.
